Productive Saturday

Saturdays are my “productive days.” I am a very active person, but Saturday

is when I do many things to stay productive.  My schedule changes each Saturday.

6:00 a.m.: Morning coffee

6:00 – 7:45 a.m.: I read a book and I meditated. I spent time alone.

8:00 a.m: I did something that I love-I watched sports (Olympics)

9:45 a.m.: I made myself feel pretty-I took a bubble bath and painted my toenails.

While my nails were drying, I did puzzles and read articles to keep my mind stimulated.

11:00 a.m. I got dressed and took a walk.

12:00 p.m. I ate lunch (see article “Pre-workout Meal-Protein)

1:45 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: I catched up on work (business).

6:00 p.m.: I ran two miles and worked out at the gym. At the gym, I worked on my shoulders and back.  I also worked on my legs.

7:30 p.m.: I watched more of the Olympics

8:30: I meditated on motivational videos and then began blogging.

I hope you are productive everyday, but especially on the weekends because that’s when people tend to be unproductive due to their jobs. Stay active.
